Your password is securely stored and encrypted by Firebase, and we do not have direct access to it.
• Financial Data: Your financial information, such as accounts, transactions, categories, credit cards, and budgets, is stored locally on your device. If you enable cloud synchronization, this data will be encrypted and stored in Firebase Firestore, associated with your user account. This data is used exclusively to provide the application's functionalities and is not accessed, analyzed, or shared by us for other purposes.
• Usage and Diagnostic Data: We may collect anonymous information about how the application is used (e.g., features accessed, usage time, errors). This data is aggregated and used to improve the performance, stability, and user experience of the Application. We do not link this data to personally identifiable information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To Provide and Maintain the Service: To operate and maintain the functionalities of FinanceFlex, including managing your finances and data synchronization.

• With Service Providers: We use Firebase (Google LLC) for authentication and cloud data storage. Firebase acts as our data processor and complies with applicable privacy laws. Your synchronized financial information is stored encrypted in Firebase Firestore.

If you delete your account, your authentication and financial data associated with cloud synchronization will be removed from Firebase. Data stored locally on your device is your responsibility and will be removed upon uninstalling the application or clearing application data.
